Interior Redesign   This new, decorating philosophy rejuvenates your home while utilizing your own decor. Most individuals already have the necessary ingredients for a well-designed space. Redesign can take those ingredients and transform your home both functionally and aesthetically. This unique concept is based on the sound design principles of balance and scale, focal points, architectural enhancement, as well as relationships of texture, color, and theme. This process of moving furnishings into a more functional and visually pleasing arrangement is immediate and cost effective.

     Price to be determined on a case-by-case 

     basis (additional rooms will be discounted).

     This fee includes:

•  An initial redesign consultation. During this consultation, we determine style, needs, and expectations for the space.
• A Day of Redesign. The process begins with emptying the room followed by analyzing architectural features and determining the focal point of the room. With permission, the Interiors Redesigned team will "shop" the home for furnishings that might better serve the space. Finally, furniture, lighting, art, and accessories will be replaced in a more functional and artful arrangement.

Additional perks to Redesign:

• The average room requires only 1/2 day to redesign.
• There is no need to clean - the space will be vacuumed and dusted upon completion.
• Additional accessories/greenery/etc. will be brought from our inventory and placed as needed. All items are available for purchase.
• Ideally, clients leave the home while the Interiors Redesigned team transform the space. Shop, run errands, or meet friends for lunch -- you'll return to an elegant, artfully, professionally redesigned room! If preferred, the client may choose to remain in another area of the home while the Redesign is taking place.

Real Estate Staging     Related to Redesign, this relatively new concept (used extensively on the West and East coasts) is used to move real estate property quickly and profitably by maximizing the home's best features and minimizing its worst. Interior design for "living" is quite different than interior design for "selling" ~ a professional stager can offer the seller insight into proper furniture placement, editing of furniture and accessories, elimination of clutter, while creating a look that will give the home a competitive edge in the market.

      $100.00 for 1 hour consultation ($75.00 per additional hour). This fee includes:

• A walk-through assessment to determine strengths of the property, potential problems, and develop a plan for maximum impact.
• Some implementation of plan if time permits.

     If requested, the Interiors Redesigned team can "stage" the home for resale.

     What this option entails, along with pricing, is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Design Consultation     Perhaps you would only like some suggestions for improving your space. Interiors Redesigned can offer helpful strategies for enhancing any area in your home.

      $100.00 for 1 hour consultation. This fee includes:

• Walk-through assessment and discussion of ideas for improving space.
• If you decide to Redesign the room, this fee is credited towards the Redesign fee.

Redesign Partnership     An opportunity for the homeowner to be a part of the Redesign process. The owner works alongside the professional team of redesigners, while being instructed on how the redesign process works. This "hands-on" experience is an excellent way to learn about the Redesign philosophy.

     basis (additional rooms to be discounted). This fee

     includes all of the above Redesign benefits

     and also instructional materials.

Relocation/Move-In Design     A variation on the Redesign process to include placing furniture, lighting, art, and accessories in the new home.
